All products are customised , we are unable to accept returns if customer changes their mind after production occurred.

However, our clients are protected by our guarantees on print quality and damaged products during transit. Please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.

We strive to ship you the exact quantity that you have ordered. When you receive more or less than you ordered, we will arrange a refund against the fewer number of units or send more at no cost to you.
