This method prints digital-based artwork directly onto various media
PRINTING PROCESS
This method uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black (CMYK), and White inks,
which are cured using UV light. Artwork is sent to the printer as digital files
and printed directly onto the product using inkjet or laser technology.
ADVANTAGES
Allows multi-colour printing on one setup
Great for products with flat and slightly curved surfaces
Pantone colour matching is possible for items on any colour, including
dark coloured items
LIMITATIONS
Artwork featuring gradients that transition to transparency or no colour
cannot be reproduced
Cannot print metallic and neon
